Timeshares are not logical.... they don't work the way you think they do.
There are no black and white answers to timeshare questions.... most everything is in a gray area and can only be explained in full detail by phone or in my book.
There are many Myths:
Paying a high price does NOT mean you have a great Timeshare.....
It may be just the opposite. The Quality of the resort or the
Size of the unit has very LITTLE to do with Trading Power !
Low cost timeshares can be a Great Value.... but also may be Complete Junk.
Red weeks are not always Red.... there are different colors of Red.
Trading Power is complicated and not what you think it is.
A 2 BR or Gold Crown/5 star Timeshare IS NOT the most important factor in getting high trading power. I have Studio / Unrated resorts that have MUCH higher trading power than many 2br Gold Crown/ 5 star timeshares.

The BEST reason to own a timeshare is to go to great resorts worldwide.
No one goes to the same place every year for life.
So then.... why buy a timeshare where you want to go? You don't want to.
Buy a timeshare that is the best value... and then just TRADE to all the best resorts worldwide.
You pay less and get more flexibility by TRADING to when and where you want to go.....
You DO NOT want to buy where you want to go if you want lowest cost and most flexibility.
It is easy to buy timeshares at high prices
The trick is to buy the RIGHT Timeshare at the RIGHT Price.
Don't buy where you want to go, just buy a Great Trader... Trade to anywhere you want to go!

Also, I can help you SELL Your Timeshare and promise to be honest with you about it's worth.
