Below is some basic information, but only the beginning...  there is a lot more to it and you spend many thousands for your timeshare....  you spend many hundreds for your closings.... you give RCI and Interval thousands for trades....  and yet you really don't know the ins and outs of HOW they determine TRADING POWER.... I do.   

     With just one better vacation or faster trade  you have something worth hundreds and over
       many years you will save many thousands.     So, trust me,  I know timeshares and if you
         don't benefit from the information in my books, I would be glad to refund your money.

Here is just a little information to get you started:

1. #1 rule: NEVER EVER BUY A TIMESHARE FROM A DEVELOPER
           This one rule alone saves you $10,000 to $25,000

At the RIGHT Price, Timeshares make a LOT of sense...and will save you lots on vacations.

2.  Own the RIGHT Timeshare at the RIGHT PRICE  and I explain this in greater detail in my book.

3.  You want to own a Timeshare to travel the world !
     A. TRADING your timeshare to great timeshares worldwide is the way to go. It makes no difference what you OWN... it matters how HIGH the trading power is. So, with high trading power you can get all the best resorts... best weeks.
I TRADE my timeshares to get INCREDIBLE Resorts at locations WORLDWIDE! 
     B. I find WAY too many people look for specific resorts, specific weeks and units... and it makes no sense to do that. No one goes to the SAME RESORT year after year... so it doesn't matter WHERE you own... but WHERE YOU CAN GO.
     C. Timeshares are UNIQUE. There is nothing else like them. You OWN the car and house you you want to be in and you can't trade them to other houses or cars.  But, with timeshares you CAN.... trade to timeshares worldwide ! 
      And in my book I give you lots of tips on how to get great trades.

4.  No one looks at the costs and the hassles of owning a vacation home !   And...They DO get caught
up in the hype of owning a vacation home and are in DENIAL about the REAL costs and hassles and also the fact that you are TIED TO IT... and then MISS OUT on seeing the WORLD !    So... wouldn't it feel a WHOLE LOT BETTER having NO hassles at all..... paying way way LESS to vacation.... and being able to vacation ALL over the world to different places and new adventures ?   Of course it does.   With a home,  taxes and maintenance expenses are very very high. With a timeshare there is no muss, no fuss, no worries. Your maintenance fee is your only concern and if you own a timeshare that gives you good vacation value you SAVE money....NOT spend it. Very few people realize the true value of being able to travel the world to great resorts... trading their timeshare and seeing the world....  that alone is worth a lot.


5. Details are important but most people get pulled in with HYPE.  Don't do it.
    A WELL KNOWN "NAME" DEVELOPER MAY NOT THE BEST DEAL but it also may be the best deal.   So, how do you
know what really is a good deal?   I go into great detail with that in my book.  
HYATT is actually the best value for the money at the right price. Some other brand names can also be great values at the right price.    But, with ANY timeshare... the all the details are important...price, maint, resort, week, and other things.
I have found that the Hyatt is the best value IF you have that much money to spend.
However, IF you want to spend less money, then there are many low cost timeshares that are great values.... but then again, many of them are junk.   I go into more detail in my book.


6. The key is to WORK THE SYSTEM for low cost vacations.    To do that you will have to get my book as
there is more to it than you might think, and in doing it you can get amazing vacations.   You can even get free     vacations and as many as you want for life.   Yes, most people are sceptical.... but I get paid vacations and if I can then
anyone else can, I am not special, I just have knowledge, and knowledge is powerful.


7. Timeshares are actually FREE.    I find no one understands that !
      A. If you can SELL your timeshare at any time for the same price you PAID... then it is FREE. You are just putting your money in the BANK...since you get it all back if you ever sold it. Of course the key here is buying it at the right price to begin with, and how can you know that?   You can only know that with experience since the prices you see on the internet are generally too high... just because a timeshare is LISTED at a price it does NOT mean it ever SOLD !  Most all of the timeshares listed do not sell at all.
       B. With some tricks and owning several timeshares you can actually get free or paid vacations.

I actually give a GUARANTEE with my Hyatts....I will buy them back at the same price at ANY TIME in the future. So you can never lose a penny if you buy from me.
No one else does this on any timeshare.


8. So, WHY are so many people plunking down many thousands of dollars before they know the details?   
I will NEVER figure this one out.    I find that most people THINK they can just do a little research.... or even what they think is a LOT of research and then know what they are doing.
Would you trust a DOCTOR... who did research and had no experience?  I don't think so.
Would you trust a LAWYER... who studied for many years as they all have to... and was just out of school....no experience and you have to go to court?   I don't think you would.  
I wouldn't even trust a mechanic with my car who had only book knowledge and no real experience.
So, why would you contemplate spending many thousands when you have no experience at all with timeshares?

It takes experience... just like ANY other job there is in the
entire world. You need hands on experience to know the details.... and there a lot of them.    .Don't believe the hype or people you know who have owned one or two or even five timeshares because they think they know a lot because they have owned a few timeshares... they actually, may have all the wrong timeshares and wasted tens of thousands of dollars  !!    Brokers and sellers sell other people's timeshares so they will sell you anything... they make the same amount of money no matter which one they sell.   And, they do not own the timeshares they sell and don't trade them to know what they can do and what they can't do.

I buy the timeshares I sell, I invest my own money in them, and I look for the best of the best deals... why would I do otherwise?     Why would I waste my money?     I wouldn't.
    I offer the best deals on timeshares that are really worth owning.

Timeshares are NOT logical.  So, it takes experience to figure them out.

I WASN'T SO SMART when I went to purchase my first timeshare !
I spent $14,000 ( big mistake) on my FIRST TIMESHARE... and I lost $6000 when I sold it.   I made the same mistake that most people do.   I THOUGHT I KNEW WHAT I WAS DOING because I did some "research".  I THOUGHT I knew... but I did not....so I threw away $6000.   I have learned a lot since then....and EVEN after 2 years of owning hundreds of timeshares I STILL did not know everything or even close.

It took many years and many hundreds of timeshares to get the
hang of it.... and I still am learning.

There are very few things that you can say FOR SURE when talking about timeshares. Most things are in a GRAY area... so just keep that in mind.

SOME THINGS ARE NOT WHAT YOU MAY THINK
1. Gold Crown WILL NOT get you the best trades necessarily!
2. A Larger Size unit doesn't necessarily give you better trading power!

So, don't just plunk down your money for what you think is a great resort... it may not be.

I have Studios that are great deals and will trade to 2 and 3 br units... most people don't realize you do not need to buy a 2br to get a 2br.

Don't THINK you know the details... you will waste many many thousands if you do that.... email or call.

Scams are not what you might think they are. 
Most timeshare scams are LEGAL and are just very bad deals.
But these "bad deals" will cost you many hundreds to many thousands.... so read on... it will save you a lot of money.


There are scams when you BUY & SELL a timeshare

They prey on people who don't know the details.
I can help you with the details... I have some here... and lots more in my book.

What you do not realize that most all of the WELL KNOWN companies and the Well known NAMES that you trust will take many thousands from you.

You TRUST the well known names... so they can more easily get your money without you realizing you can get the same thing for much less.
 


Here are some of the scams:

IF YOU ARE SELLING YOUR TIMESHARE:


1. You want to sell your timeshare... and someone tells you your timeshare is worth a large amount of money! And, for a FEE they will sell it for you.   You give them $500 or more... say bye bye to your money....it's gone.

If you are buying a timeshare you have to buy at the right price.
If you are selling you have to list it at the right price.

2. Someone will tell you they have buyers lined up and waiting to purchase YOUR timeshare.    NOT the case !

3.  A broker may not charge an upfront fee... but watch out for that commission...it is high.   And fine... if the sell it.  But, too many tell yo it will sell for more than it really will just to get your listing.   It is an "exclusive listing"  so if you sell it... they STILL get the commission.  And, then in a year or more they tell you to reduce your price...so why weren't they honest about the price it would sell for from the beginning?  Not a good way to do business...they also have thousands of listings.

4. Someone tells you there is a fee for an APPRAISAL! There is no such thing as an appraisal for timeshares! I can give you an idea of ABOUT what your timeshare might sell for based on my 10 years experience buying and selling.   Just ask, it's free.

SCAMS WHEN BUYING A TIMESHARE ----

1. NEVER EVER BUY FROM ANY RESORT OR DEVELOPER!  # 1 RULE -- They can legally charge whatever they want for a timeshare. But, they are NOT worth anywhere near what they charge! IF YOU BUY from a Resort... you WILL PAY TOO MUCH... period. Don't do it.

2. POINTS !! They are a bad value.
To understand why you need to call me...it is complicated.   NO ONE who EVER buys points knows what they can get for the money they are spending ! --  What is with that?  
POINTS CAN BE DEVALUED ANYTIME THEY WANT TO DEVALUE THEM !
Did you know that?   Probably not.


Points are NOT as flexible as they tell you... there ARE blackout days and other things they don't tell you.
Basically,  I can pay CASH and pay LESS than what ANYONE pays for using POINTS.   There are lots of reasons they are a bad deal.


There are however a few exceptions:   Hyatt "Timeshare" Points are a great deal.   And, there are some other points that are good.   You have to know the details.

3. Get some references - most all sellers really are honest but don't give you ALL the details or tell you both the good and the bad about a timeshare or location...or they just don't even know.

I have 100% positive ebay feedback and I am also Square Trade Verified.
You can't fake Ebay Feedback, and I have lots of great references.
I also am a Professional Speaker (Self - Esteem Topics) I have done OVER 5000 programs in 49 states!
So, I have thousands of references pertaining to my Speaking Business. And, I BUY all the resorts I sell.... that tells you a lot.   I invest my own money in what I sell.  Why would I buy anything but the best of the best deals.

Know the facts: Brokers do not buy timeshares, they sell timeshares they LIST. So, they don't invest any money in what they sell and do not really care what you buy. Ask if they sell Orlando, and if that is a good place to buy. If they
say it is.... you better hang up... Orlando is the worst place to own.   I promise to be honest and up front in everything I do.... I thinkit is the only way to do business.

There are some great brokers and sellers... but they either do not know or they do not want to spend the time to give you lots of tips and info that can get you better vacations.

I take pride in trying to educate people on how to buy, sell and also USE timeshares.....to work the system to your advantage.

So, basically :
1. Do not trust people who call you.... or at least get references and check them out.
 
2. Don't pay much upfront for any listing. And know what you will be getting... listings do cost time and money.  But, most sellers have thousands of listings...do they care if yours sells?  I think not.

3. Don't think that your timeshare is worth what you paid. Unless you did get it for
the right price.

4. Get the details before you buy. And, realize there are LOTS of details and things ARE NOT as they appear, nor are they logical.
So just ask... I can explain.
